At Carthy's Plumbing and Heating it is of the upmost importance that we secure the privacy of everyone who visits our site. We write this policy to explain that we have no affiliation with any outside companies that use your information for marketing purposes and we have no interest in doing so in the future. Rest assured that any information registered by customers on this site will be used for only internal use within Carthy's.

All customer information from previous jobs is kept at the Carthy's Plumbing and Heating headquarters, which holds information of address and contact details, none of which will be shown to any outside parties. Our engineers will have full knowledge of contact details and address at the time of the job, but once the job is completed the engineers have no record of any of this information and all information resumes to be undisclosed at Carthy's HQ for our a record and for the good of our customers privacy.

The only customer information we hold on file is Name, address, contact details and email. No bank details are kept on file what so ever.
We monitor google analytics to assess site traffic and numbers, but do not have access to any personal information from it.

We keep your information on record for a maximum of 7 years for tax purposes, after 7 years all personal information is discarded.

Under the New GDPR legislation anyone can amend, delete and review any held information that is kept on file. If we have done work for you in the past at a property and you wish too have us either amend, update or delete any of the information we have on file please don't hesitate to get in contact by emailing us at accounts@carthysplumbers.com
DATA PROTECTION POLICY – The information we hold is to provide you with the best service, to raise invoices/credit notes/statements/quotes and to contact you from time to time with special offers and reminders .
